VORTEX SERIES R FLUSH MOUNT COVER

FOR USE WITH THE VR SERIES SURGE PROTECTION DEVICES

INCLUDES: 

(1) FLUSH MOUNT COVER

To Assemble
1. Remove the four screws from surge protector device.
2. Place flush mount cover over surge protector device,
lining up the screw holes.
3. Check to make sure the lid fits snuggly to the base
before tightening screws.
4. Using the four screws provided with the surge
protector, secure the flush mount cover onto the surge
protector device with a screwdriver (not a power drill).
5. Check to make sure the two pieces have been
connected completely and there is no gap between
the flush mount cover and surge protector device.
